01 Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico. We supply licensed retailers only — a valid tobacco or vape licence is required on your account before an order can be placed, and every shipment is subject to the record-keeping and reporting requirements of the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act.

We do not sell to consumers. We cannot ship to a residential address unless it is the licensed address on file for your business.

02 Dispatch times

In-stock orders placed on a business day are dispatched within one business day wherever possible. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch is the time taken to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier. It does not include transit time, and it is separate from the delivery estimates below.

03 Shipping options and cost

Standard Shipping — $14.99. Estimated 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch.

Free on orders over $1,288. Measured on the product subtotal after any discounts and account credit have been applied. Your cart shows how much more you need to add to qualify.

Expedited shipping. Live carrier rates are offered at checkout where available, priced by weight and destination.

04 Delivery estimates

Transit times are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot control carrier delays, weather or address problems once a shipment has left our warehouse. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

05 Tracking your order

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking is also shown against the order in your account.

06 Damaged, short or incorrect shipments

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report any damage, shortage or picking error within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the carton and its contents, so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or credit. See Refunds & Returns for the full process.
