01 Eligibility & accounts

To purchase from us you must be a licensed business and an individual of legal age to purchase vaping and tobacco products in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you apply for an account and to keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

02 Wholesale-only & age restrictions

We may require a valid tobacco/vape retail license, business documentation, and third-party verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that fails verification or that we believe violates applicable law.

03 Pricing & payment

• Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved, logged-in accounts and may change without notice.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes, excise/tobacco taxes, and shipping unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
• Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• We may correct pricing errors even after an order is placed; if a price was clearly incorrect, we will notify you before charging.

04 Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may accept, decline, limit quantities, or cancel any order at our discretion. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships.

05 Shipping & delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within one business day where possible. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Because of federal and state regulations on vaping products, some items may require adult-signature delivery and cannot ship to certain jurisdictions.

06 Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of age-restricted products, returns are limited. We accept claims for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect when reported within [X] days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or non-defective products unless required by law.

07 Compliance & resale obligations

• You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of vaping and tobacco products, including the PACT Act and applicable licensing, tax, and age-verification requirements.
• You will not resell products to anyone under the legal purchasing age.
• You are responsible for collecting and remitting any excise, tobacco, and sales taxes owed in your jurisdiction.

08 Product information & warranties

We work to display products accurately, but packaging, flavors, and specifications may change and images are for reference. Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” and any manufacturer warranties pass through to you where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

09 Prohibited uses

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Misrepresenting your identity, business, or license status.
• Interfering with the site’s security or operation, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Reselling to unauthorized or underage buyers.

10 Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, and layout — is owned by or licensed to eJuice Resellers Wholesale and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission, except as needed to place orders.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eJuice Resellers Wholesale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eJuice Resellers Wholesale and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your resale of products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
